In the film, three persons are now given the charge of a grisly investigation of murders that tells about the reality of the city’s gruesome past. The team consists of an esteemed police veteran, Marcus Banks, who is working in his father’s shadow. The other two are brash Detective Zeke Banks and his rookie partner Detective William Schenk.
