The opening scene of “Imaginary” features children’s book author Jessica break through a miniature door in the house’s wall. She apologises that they were unable to complete the game while displaying fear. Soon after she is seized by a big, strong man with blood on him and white eyes from either harm or possession. He mumbles something about worrying that Jessica won’t return. Subsequently it comes to light that the man pursuing Jessica is her father widower Ben Barnes. But whoa.
