The plot follows Enid who is a video censor working during the video nasty times. Getting the attention of media after one of her approved videos found connected to a serial killer dubbed “The Amnesia Killer”. The killer did not remember any of the murders. This all takes Enid to a film producer named Doug. The producer actually wants her to review a horror film. Enid recalls her missing sister, not happy with North rented one of his banned movies.
